These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the mobile application antiqscan ("App"), which is developed and offered free of charge by linxai ("Provider"). By downloading or using the App you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property related to the App remain the exclusive property of the Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, translate or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent.

2. Service Changes & Fees

The Provider reserves the right to modify the App or introduce charges for certain features at any time. Any fees will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

3. Personal Data Processing

The App stores and processes personal data you submit in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and access credentials. Rooting or jail-breaking your device is strongly discouraged as it may expose your device to security risks and affect the proper functioning of the App.

4. Connectivity & Charges

Some features of the App require an active internet connection. Your mobile operator may charge data fees, including roaming fees, when you use the App outside a Wi-Fi network. By using the App you agree that you are solely responsible for such costs.

5. Disclaimer

While the Provider strives to keep the information in the App accurate and up-to-date, it is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your reliance on the App.

6. Updates & Termination

The App may require updates to remain compatible with your operating system. The Provider may discontinue or suspend the App at any time without notice. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

7. Amendments

The Provider may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
